Who "Works" Where?
While everyone is employed by The Aaon Group, we understand and value the recognition and value of the AAON and BASX brand names to our communities and customers.
That's why we're NOT dissolving the brands or replacing them with the parent.
People whose work is explicitly tied to a BU's sales or customers will still have a business unit's (AAON or BASX) logo in their email signature and be thought of as 'employees' of a particular business unit.
Where the parent identity is most helpful (and different) from today, is in giving a name to people whose job currently, or may one day, support multiple business units.
What doesn't divide our company or brand affiliation is location—at all five locations, you will find a mix of parent company employees and BU-specific roles.

Online Employee Store
Our Online Employee Merch Store will be open year-round and features a curated selection of branded favorites — from apparel and hats to drinkware and accessories. Each item has been thoughtfully selected to strike a balance between style, function, and price point.
What to know:

Employees can place individual orders on their own or build a cart for multiple people – there’s no quantity limit.

Orders are processed right on the website and ship directly to your preferred address for ultimate convenience.

Bi-Annual Pop-Up Shop
Twice a year, employees are offered access to a special online “Pop-Up Shop” featuring new, seasonal, or limited-edition merchandise. The Pop-Up Shops introduce fresh designs, unique items, and exciting styles at a variety of price points.
What to know:
- Like the Online Merch Store, Pop-Up Shop orders ship directly to your chosen company location — hassle free.
- Please allow longer lead-time on Pop-Up Shop orders as orders are placed in bulk after the shop closes to help us offer the lowest prices possible.

Special Requests & Bulk Orders
Planning a special event, recruiting fair, or community initiative? The Marketing Department can help bring your vision to life with branded Special Requests and Bulk Orders. To make the most of this opportunity, please read the helpful guidelines below:
To place a Special Merch Request or Bulk Order, please provide 6–8 weeks of lead time to ensure ideal product availability, design, production, and shipping timelines.
Be prepared to include the following details:
- Quantity and item type
- Event name and purpose
- Department name and GL code responsible
- Desired delivery date
All requests must be approved and by an approved signer prior to ordering. Approved orders are budgeted directly to the requesting department’s GL account.
Pro tip: Plan ahead — custom items and high-volume orders may have longer lead times.
