What This Change Means For You. For Us.

What’s not changing is your day-to-day work.

Where you work, how you work, and who you work with — all of that remains the same. The products we build and the brand labels they carry aren't changing. AAON and BASX still exist and will remain separate and thriving brands.

What is changing is how we look.

Both AAON and BASX have always reported under a parent company (AAON, Inc.), but that parent company had no defined brand identity of its own.

As a result, the AAON brand often appeared to be the parent company to the public, when AAON and BASX are really two different business units under one common parent.

So, we fixed that. The new parent company name brings BASX and AAON together (while keeping each brand distinct) under one identity – “The Aaon Group”.

Changes Coming to Your Email

What this means for your email and login credentials.

As part of our move to a new parent company name, everyone's getting a new email address. It's a simple change on the surface, but an important one. This new email address means we all show up under one name as The Aaon Group. And don't worry -- your old email isn't going anywhere.

New emails will be rolled out in phases. Not everyone will receive their new email address at the same time. Our IT Team has developed a detailed migration schedule so you know when the change will affect you.
